(Web Desk) - Dr Mahrang Baloch, a physician at a government hospital in Balochistan, has been attempting to take a trip abroad for the past two weeks, neglecting her patients in the process.

This is being seen as a surprise as she is often seen making a lot of hollering on the unpleasant situation at the health and education conditions in Balochistan.

Who should be blamed for the problems in the system if a doctor like her is roaming in Karachi while neglecting her patients?

According to the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) regulations, postgraduate doctors are entitled to a maximum of 15 days of leave every six months, subject to supervisor approval.

But, Dr Mahrang has often been found participating in protests rather than fulfilling her hospital obligations, as is proven by her social media activity.

If the government dismisses Dr Mahrang for her neglect, it is clear she would show herself as a victim to gain public sympathy.

This is not just the story of Mahrang Baloch as several members of the Unity Committee are drawing salaries without performing their jobs while also bashing the government from which they take benefits.
