Case registered against JI emir for staging rally without permission
SAHIWAL (Dunya News) - A case has been registered against senior members of Jamaat-e-Islami, including party’s Emir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, for staging a rally without permission.
Party’s Punjab chapter Emir Javed Kasuri has also been named in the FIR apart from 80 others.
According to the FIR, the JI had not taken a formal permission before staging any gathering while adding as the district administration was unaware of it. Due to the huge gathering of people, traffic was badly disturbed which affected the daily life of citizens.
