The court adjourned hearing of case for indefinite period
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the federation, Balochistan government and FIA to provide details of properties of former National Assembly deputy speaker Qasim Suri.
A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa heard appeal against the Election Tribunal ‘s decision of de-seating Qasim Suri.
The SC issued notices to the federal government, Balochistan government and FIA to submit details of Suri’s properties and explain how come Suri left for abroad.
Earlier, the court advertised in the newspaper but Suri could not obey the court order.
