Kashmiris to hold rally to highlight plight of victims of torture on June 26

MUZAFFARABAD (Dunya News) - The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in collaboration with Jammu Kashmir Liberation Cell, Pasban-e-Hurriyat and other political and religious organisations will hold a public gathering in Muzaffarabad to highlight the plight of victims of torture on June 26.
The event is meant to highlight the plight of victims of torture in general and those who are languishing in Indian jails on fake charges in particular.
The United Nations’ International Day in support of victims of torture will be observed on Wednesday.
All Parties Hurriyat Conference will also hold a press conference on Tuesday to expose Indian atrocities and torture being perpetrated against people of the occupied Kashmir.

The entire leadership of All Parties Hurriyat Conference is likely to address the rally on June 26.
Such events are being organised in the federal and provincial capitals for the Kashmir cause.
