Two killed as car plows into shelterless people

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Two persons were killed and three others suffered injuries when a rashly-driven car ran over homeless persons sleeping on a footpath in Karachi on Tuesday night.
The accident occurred near Nagan Pull area where a car skidded off the road and ran over homeless persons sleeping on a footpath, killing two of them and injuring three others.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital.
Police said the car driver made good his escape after the accident.
