Says people of the KP are innocent and they are cheated
SWAT (Dunya New) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif says he feels the pain of the people rendered miserable in Swat.
He said the people were deceived by one man who pledged 10 millon jobs and five million houses.
Nawaz Sharif, while addressing an election rally, said, "the people of Swat love Nawaz Sharif and Nawaz loves them too".
"Has anyone of you received a single house. Tell by raising your hands," he asked while reiterating that the people of KP were innocent and they were cheated.
Addressing the PTI founder without naming him, Nawaz said: “You should not have played with their emotions. You promised one billion trees but I see no tree anywhere.”
The PML-N leader said as he was away from the country, the gullible inhabitants allowed a person to destroy the whole of Pakistan.
“During my stint in power, five pieces of bread would cost Rs5, which are now being sold at Rs25. The monthly electricity bill was Rs1,000 which has now accelerated to Rs20,000,” he said.
He said he never lied to his people as he never wanted to ruin his future. He said he would once again change the destiny of the province.
