Fawad Chaudhry's bail in two cases confirmed

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The district and sessions judge has confirmed former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’s pre-arrest bail in instigating the public servants and fraud cases.
The cases were registered in the Aabpara police station.
During the hearing, Fawad Chaudhry’s wife Hiba Fawad and daughters were present in the courtroom.
The district and sessions judge confirmed the bail against Rs10,000 surety bond. Fawad ‘s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said all the provisions were bailable.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked that the former federal minister had joined the investigation and the court would hear the other cases against him after some time and till then he might meet his family.

The lawyer informed the court that his colleague was afraid of attending the court as he might be arrested.
The judge remarked that it was a good omen that more and more lawyers were taking part in the election.
He said educated people would be in parliament and the lawyers had always been advocating for the betterment of society.
