SC to resume hearing of ex-judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui's termination case today

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan will resume hearing of the case of dismissal of former Islamabad High Court judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s termination case today (Tuesday).
A five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, will hear the case. The previous hearing of the case was held on December 15.
During the previous hearing, the Supreme Court of Pakistan had issued notices to former DG ISI Gen (retd) Faiz Hameed Faiz Hameed, former chief justice Islamabad High Court Anwar Kasi and others.
