Four dead, six wounded in countrywide road accidents

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Four people lost their lives while six others sustained injuries in three road accidents in Punjab and Balochistan on Sunday, rescuers and police said.
A speeding bus overturned after the driver was taking turn in Khuzdar district. Two passengers died while four others were injured. The ill-fated bus was heading to Panjgur from Karachi at the time of the incident.
A speeding bus knocked down and killed a motorcyclist and injured two others on Okara by-pass. The injured were shifted to a local hospital by Rescue 1122 ambulances.
A trailer loaded with wheat sacks overturned on the national highway near Tahir Wali in Ahmad Pur East, leaving a labourer trapped under the debris. The victim was later pronounced dead.
Rescue 1122 said rough patches on the national highway led to the accident.
