PML-N legal team prepares action plan for Nawaz Sharif's return
LONDON (Dunya News) - The legal team of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has reportedly prepared an action plan regarding the return of party head Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan especially in the wake of a Supreme Court decision on Friday annulling the amendments to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) laws.
According to sources, the former premier has been given clearance by his legal team for his return to Pakistan.
In this respect, former law minister Azam Nazir Tarar and Amjad Pervaiz, the members of the legal team, have briefed Nawaz Sharif that he would not face any legal issues in any cases on his return to Pakistan.

It is important to mention here that after the apex court’s landmark verdict, the cases of several big guns, including former president Asif Ali Zardari and former prime ministers Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gilani stand restored.
Azam Nazir Tarar and Amjad Parvez however said that the Supreme Court’s decision had nothing to do with Nawaz Sharif's return and cases, adding that elections were necessary for the stability of democracy in Pakistan.

Tarar said Maryam Nawaz was acquitted in the Avenfield on merit, while Nawaz Sharif's cases were not affected by the decision of the Supreme Court.
It is worth noting that the three time premier may face Toshakhana cases, after the apex court’s judgment.
