NEW DELHI (Dunya News) – The High Commission for Pakistan in New Delhi celebrated 76th anniversary of Independence of Pakistan with national zeal and patriotic spirit on Monday (August 14).
Pakistan’s Chargé d’ Affaires Aizaz Khan hoisted the national flag at a ceremony attended by officials of the embassy and others.
The top Pakistani diplomat paid rich tribute to the Father of the Nation Quaid- e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and other leaders of freedom struggle, who carved out a separate homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent, where they could live in accordance with their own values and traditions.

In his message on the Independence Day, he said: “I would like to congratulate all my compatriots and urge them to make their sincere efforts to make Pakistan a stronger and prosperous country”.
