Peshawar: Two cops martyred in terrorist attack on police checkpost

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – At least two policemen embraced martyrdom and two others suffered injuries when terrorists opened fire at a police mobile van at a checkpost in Peshawar in the wee hours of Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, terrorists opened fire at a check post located in Raigi Model Town area of Peshawar due to which four policemen suffered injuries. The injured policemen were rushed to a nearby hospital where two of them succumbed to their wounds.
The deceased policemen were identified as head constable Wajid and driver Farman. The injured cops were identified as constable Sayar and constable Feroze.
