Arrest warrant issued for PTI chairman in judicial complex attack case

Judge Abul Hasnat stressed that the PTI chairman will have to appear before the court
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court of Islamabad on Thursday issued a bailable arrest warrant for the PTI chairman and other PTI leaders in the judicial complex attack case.
Besides the chairman, the court issued bailable arrest warrants for Shibli Faraz, Farrukh Habib, Hassaan Niazi and other leaders and summoned them in person on July 19.
The counsel for the PTI chairman requested the court for exemption from appearance as his client was to appear before the Lahore High Court.
Judge Abul Hasnat stressed that the PTI chairman would have to appear before court.
The judge later adjourned the hearing for July 19 with the directive that all the suspects should appear in person.
