One killed, eight injured as jeep falls into ravine in Balakot

According to details, the ill-fated jeep was on its way to Balakot from Sangar.
BALAKOT (Dunya News) – One person was killed and eight other were wounded when a jeep fell into deep ravine in Balakot, a town in Mansehra District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, on Monday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the accident took place in Sangar area near Balakot where a jeep skidded off the road while taking a sharp turn and fell into a gorge, killing one person on the spot and injuring eight others. The ill-fated jeep was on its way to Balakot from Sangar.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. Rescue sources informed that the injured were later shifted to Mansehra.
