SHC bars ATC from announcing verdict against Uzair Baloch
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday barred an anti-terrorism court (ATC) from giving verdict against Uzair Baloch in five cases.
The Sindh prosecutor general had filed a petition to prevent the trial court from giving its verdict in cases against Baloch in which it was mentioned that the trail court was going to announce its verdict in the case without hearing the prosecution side and thus the court may be stopped from announcing its verdict.
The SHC directed the ATC not to announce any verdict till further orders.
