More leaders deal a blow to PTI

Ansar Niazi, Inayat Shahani bid adieu to embattled party

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Existential threats continue to loom for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as more leaders bid farewell to the embattled party on Thursday.

Former provincial minister Ansar Majeed Niazi had decided to part ways with the PTI, citing the reasons for the May 9 vandalism. Mr. Niazi was picked up as an MPA from Sargodha.

Meanwhile, former MPA Aamir Inayat Shahani had also bid adieu to the PTI due to the events that transpired on May 9. Mr Shahani was elected MPA from Bhakkar.
