COAS Gen Asim Munir calls on PM Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Asim Munir on Tuesday called on Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif.
Sources said the meeting, also attended by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza, underscored exchange of thoughts on law and order situation in the country.
The meeting discussed the operational readiness and professional matters of the armed forces while COAS also took PM Shehbaz into confidence over his earlier visits to Oman and Qatar.
