Rana Sanaullah said govt would follow court orders
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah said on Friday the coalition government would ensure foolproof security for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan.
"We will follow court orders given for Imran's security," he told a private television channel. He said the court orders regarding Imran's security would be implemented in letter and spirit.
He said it was the responsibility of the government to provide security to the PTI leader, adding that Imran Khan would reach Zaman Park with full security arrangements.
Answering a question about Imran's bail plea, he said the PTI chairman had received a big relief after court orders. "We will obey the court decision but challenge the decision to release Imran Khan," he said.
