LAHORE (Dunya News) - Legal expert Aitzaz Ahsan has said that the Supreme Court will issue ruling based on the outcome of negotiations, the court has given a chance to politicians and the judiciary cannot step back, the government cannot evade from elections in the country.
During an interview in "Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath," he said that if there is a need to amend the constitution, then PTI members will have to be de-notified, and if that happens, then the PML-N will shun away from the amendment.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that he had advised Imran Khan earlier to dissolve the assemblies. He said that PTI members are innocent and cannot understand the cunning politics of the Muslim League (N) who has been doing politics from last 40 years, they are experts in altering their goals and manipulate the situations.
The legal expert said that Rana Sanaullah is making big accusations against the judges, and the government is only tapping the phones of the judges' relatives at the moment.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that perhaps the Muslim League have taken their eyes off from Punjab elections, the court will ensure that the elections take place at May 14.
