Fisherman's son makes Pakistan proud on global stage

Young scholar won four gold and three silver medals (PC: Startup Pakistan)

KARACHI (Web Desk) -  Amir Hamza Panjari, a 14-year-old boy from Kemari area of Karachi, on Thursday, brought pride to Pakistan by winning seven international medals in the World Scholar's Cup held in Azerbaijan.

The young scholar won four gold and three silver medals in writing and speech competition at the event.

The World Scholar's Cup is an international academic team program in which thousands of children from around the world participate every year.

Amir Hamza's achievement was remarkable as he competed against students from various countries, and yet he managed to stand out and bring glory to his country.

Amir Hamza's father is a fisherman by profession, and the family has limited financial resources. However, despite the challenges, Amir Hamza's passion for learning and hard work helped him excel in academics and achieve this great feat.

Expressing his joy, Amir Hamza said, "Today, I reached this place because of my parents and hard work. I was not ready to travel abroad alone for the first time, but my father convinced me."

Amir Hamza's achievement is a reminder that Pakistan's youth is full of potential and talent, and given the right opportunities, they can achieve great heights.
