Ghulam Rasool appointed acting Punjab IG
( Web Desk ) - Additional Inspector General Punjab Ghulam Rasool had been appointed as acting Punjab Inspector General of Police ( IGP ) due to resignation of the former IG Police Faisal Shahkar from this post.
The Services and General Administraton department issued the notification in this regard.
As per sources, Punjab government sent the list of three names for the IG Punjab post which include Fayaz Dev, Amir Zulfiqar and Ghulam Mehmood Dogar.
