Summary Ahsan Iqbal says 10 months needed to fix Pakistan’s economy
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Monday underlined the need for fixing the country’s deteriorating economy in the next 10 months.
“The economies in the world are already facing the worst time and we [government] were gifted poor economic health,” he told a private news channel. He said it’s necessary to counter the ‘malicious’ campaign being run by PTI Chairman Imran Khan by telling the truth to the nation. The PML-N, he said, had started preparations for the next elections.
The PML-N leader said Imran Khan claimed that he was upright and others were thieves but faced humiliation in the Daily Mail case. He said they [government] was not in favour of PTI’s plan of dissolving the KP assembly while Punjab had already been facing administrative failure.
