Conspiracy against Imran was hatched by Fazlur Rehman, not USA: JUI-F chief

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has drowned in its own tsunami.
MARDAN (Dunya News) - Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) head and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Wednesday said that conspiracy to oust former prime minister Imran Khan from power was hatched by Fazlur Rehman and not by the United States, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a public gathering in connection with by-election in Takht Bhai, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has drowned in its own tsunami.
Fazlur Rehman said that the PTI chief had destroyed the national economy and PDM removed Imran Khan from power to fix the country s economy. He said that the conspiracy was hatched for bringing Imran Khan into power but not for removing him from the government.
He said that Imran Khan has only one agenda and that is to create instability in the country. He said that the PTI chief has turned politics a non-serious subject and now he was joking with the nation by contesting by-elections from nine constituencies.
He said that Imran Khan conspired against the country s interest by misusing cypher and unsuccessfully tried to mislead the nation. Fazlur Rehman said that President Arif Alvi also confirmed that there was no foreign conspiracy to oust Imran Khan from power.
