One killed, 25 injured in blast in Kohlu

KOHLU (Dunya News) – One person was killed and 25 other were wounded in a blast in Kohlu district of Balochsitan province on Friday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the blast took place at a sweet shop located in the main bazaar of Kohlu when people were busy in shopping. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
Soon after the blast, police, Levies and FC personnel reached the spot and cordoned off the area. The law enforcement agencies personnel also launched search operation in the area.
Meanwhile, Medical Superintendent DHQ, Dr Asghar Mari informed that 12 injured persons have been shifted to Dera Ghazi Khan due to their critical condition.
