Missing persons case: Police recover Haseeb Hamza in 24 hours

Haseeb Hamza was recovered by the Islamabad Police in 24 hours as guided by the IHC.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - After Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had assured Islamabad High Court (IHC) of reuniting missing persons with families, the police have recovered a citizen named Haseeb Hamza who was kidnapped from a Shahzad Town police station in Islamabad.

Haseeb Hamza was recovered by the Islamabad Police in 24 hours as guided by the IHC.

According to the spokesperson of Islamabad police, father of the kidnapped citizen Haseeb lauded the efforts of Islamabad police, while his father also thanked the IHC for its support.

Hseeb’s family also thanked PM Shebaz and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.

It is pertinent to mention here that the IHC had summoned IG, Chief Commissioner, ISI, MI, IB and Special Branch’s Sector Commander for not recovering the citizen.

During the hearing of missing persons on Friday, PM Shehbaz assured IHC to resolve the issue of missing persons with sincerity.
