ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Tuesday said that he will not keep mum on the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments and will consult every constitutional and law forum.
Under the chairmanship of PTI leader Imran Khan, the party leaders had a meeting on the NAB amendments. Imran Khan said that he knew that the current rulers will protect themselves after coming into power. "They are trying to end their cases in the guise of reforms," he said.
PTI leadership also talked about the recent statement of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMl-N) leader Khurram Dastagir.
Former prime minister Imran Khan said that Khurram Dastagir’s statement is the proof that current rulers came into power to get the NRO. He added that inflation and people’s problems are not their concern, while in their meeting, the PTI leadership termed Khwaja Asif’s statement on President Arif Alvi as disgraceful and a violation of oath.
