First Islamic history museum has been established in Islamabad.

Handwritten scripts of the Holy Quran and thousands of Islamic art crafts have been displayed in a private museum ‘Muhammad Art Gallery’ established in Mera Bakhwal, a suburban are of Islamabad.A large number of the citizens participated in the inaugural ceremony. They showed keen interest in years old scripts of the Holy Quran written on leather with gold yarn.Five-hundred-year-old ‘Ghilaf-e-Kaba’ has also been displayed in the museum.
