CM Buzdar directs to take steps for early drainage of rain water
CM has ordered WASA officials to utilize all the resources for early drainage of water.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday has directed to take steps for rain water drainage.
In a statement, the CM has ordered Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) officials to utilize all the resources for early disposal of water.
The reaction came after torrential intermittent rain inundated low-lying areas in different parts of the country.
In Lahore, the rain flooded streets and main roads, causing difficulties for the locals in traveling. Sheikhupura and Kasur also received downpour.
