Oil tanker catches fire in Pakpattan

Rescue sources said that no loss of life was reported in the incident.

PAKPATTAN (Dunya News) – An oil tanker caught fire while supplying petrol to an oil agency at the Pir Ghani Road in Pakpattan on Sunday night, Dunya News reported.

The blaze also engulfed two near-by shops. Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and brought the fire under control. According to rescue sources, 25 to 30 litres oil was present in the oil tanker.

No loss of life was reported in the incident. Police sources said that owner of the oil tanker managed to escape from the scene after the incident.
