The CM said that opposition parties have done nothing for the Kashmiri people

LAHORE (Web Desk) - Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that the well-aware and sensible people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir will give their decision in favor of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf today (Sunday).

In a statement, he said that opposition parties have done nothing for the Kashmiri people except for raising hollow slogans.

On the other hand, polling for the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly is underway.

There are 32,50,117 registered voters including 178,800 male and 146,8317 female in all 33 electoral constituencies in all ten districts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

All 12 constituencies meant for Pakistan-based Jammu & Kashmir refugees, would exercise their right of vote to elect the Azad Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly, for next five years constitutional term.

Over 2.8 million voters have been registered in 33 Azad Jammu Kashmir constituencies and 0.4 million in 12 Jammu Kashmir refugees based in various parts of Pakistan.
