Sindh braces for second spell of monsoon
The Met Office said that the first bout of monsoon rains is expected from Friday in interior Sindh.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that the second spell of monsoon rainfall in Sindh will begin today (Friday), Dunya News reported.
The Met Office said that the first bout of monsoon rains is expected from Friday in interior Sindh and on Saturday, in the provincial capital city, Karachi. The new rain system will enter Sindh from Rajasthan Friday morning.
The PDM has forecast that monsoon showers in second spell will hit upper parts of Sindh on Friday morning, while the system will reach Karachi on Saturday and the rain is expected from July 24 to 26.
