Pakistan has so far conducted 13,572,884 coronavirus tests

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan has reported 58 deaths in the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 933,630. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 21,323 on Monday.

According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) 1,490 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.


Province-wise Details


Punjab remains the worst-hit province in terms of deaths and cases followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Till now 10,314 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab 5,136 in Sindh, 4,158 in KP, 765 in Islamabad, 554 in Azad Kashmir, 289 in Balochistan, and 107 in GB.

Furthermore 342,498 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Punjab, 323,828 in Sindh, 134,558 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 81,766 in Islamabad, 25,819 in Balochistan, 19,519 in Azad Kashmir and 5,642 in Gilgit-Baltistan.


Tests and Recoveries


Pakistan has so far conducted 13,572,884 coronavirus tests and 49,285 in the last 24 hours. 864,931 patients have recovered in the country whereas 3,205 patients are in critical condition.
