Three Indian COVID-19 variant cases were detected in Karachi while the fourth was reported in Ghotki

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Health Department on Monday confirmed four Indian double-mutant COVID-19 variant cases in the province, ZDunya News reported.

According to Sindh Health Department spokesperson, three Indian COVID-19 variant cases were detected in Karachi while the fourth case was reported in Ghotki, a city in northern Sindh.

The spokesperson also informed that the affected persons recently returned from abroad. He said that three of the affected persons reached Pakistan from Iraq while one returned from Muscat, Oman.
