Lower Kohistan: 11 killed in two separate accidents
LOWER KOHISTAN (Dunya News) - Eight people died in a tragic accident in Lower Kohistan where an ambulance carrying a dead body fell into a ravine.
Rescue teams rushed to the spot as soon as the accident was reported, but before the rescue teams arrived the locals descended into the deep gorge without any support and removed the bodies from the ambulance.
According to sources, the ambulance was taking a dead body from Swat to Kandia area, eight people including the driver were killed on the spot.
The second accident took place at Kayal, where three people were killed in a car accident. Police said that efforts were being made to recover the bodies.
