Schools in Punjab to remain closed till Eidul Fitr
Punjab Education Department said that schools have been closed due to prevailing COVID-19 condition.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – All government and private schools in Punjab have been closed from April 29 (Thursday) till Eidul Fitr due to spike in cases during the third wave of coronavirus in the country, Dunya News reported.
According to the notification issued by Punjab Education Department, all public and private institutions in all districts of Punjab shall remain closed with effect from April 29 till Eidul Fitr due to prevailing COVID-19 condition.
Earlier, public and private institutions in 25 districts of Punjab were closed due to spike in the coronavirus cases. Punjab Minister for Education Murad Raas in his tweet has shared the notification of the Punjab Education Department
