PM Imran approves separate job quota for South Punjab
According to sources, the meeting also decided to publish South Punjabs ADP separately.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday chaired a meeting to discuss the matters relating to South Punjab which was also attended by Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, various Federal and Provincial Ministers as well as senior officials, Dunya News reported.
On the recommendations of the Ministerial Committee on South Punjab, Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved a separate job quota. Legislation will be done for the job quota for South Punjab. It was proposed to fix the job quota in proportion to the population
According to sources, the meeting also decided to publish South Punjab’s ADP separately. The Prime Minister also directed the appointment of a permanent Additional Chief Secretary in the South Punjab Secretariat.
