Balochistan bans inter-provincial transport for two days a week

QUETTA (Dunya News) - The Balochistan government on Tuesday has imposed a ban on inter-provincial public transport for two days in a week (Saturday and Sunday) in the wake of recent surge in the COVID-19 cases, Dunya News reported.

According to a notification issued by the Balochistan Home and Tribal Affairs Department, the inter-provincial transport ban will remain enforced for a period of 15 days.

The notification said that the restriction will come into force from midnight April 9/10 till midnight April 25/26. Goods, freight, medical and other emergency services are exempted from this restriction.
