PML-N consultative meeting underway to discuss long march
The meeting will also discuss plan to intensify anti-government campaign.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A high level consultation meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is underway to discuss opposition’s long march and political situation arising after hotly-contested Senate elections.
As per details, senior leadership of the party and Maryam Nawaz are present while Opposition Leader of Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz is attending the huddle through video link.
The meeting will also discuss plan to intensify anti-government campaign while strategy for elections of Senate Chairman will also be discussed.
On the other hand, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is active to get Yousaf Raza Gillani elected as Chairman Senate and bringing an in-house change in Punjab.
