Muzaffarabad: Seven killed in two separate accidents
At least seven persons were killed in two road accidents in Muzaffarabad on Monday.
MUZAFFARABAD (Dunya News) – At least seven persons lost their lives and several other sustained injuries in two separate road accidents in Muzaffarabad on Monday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the first accident occurred in Garhi Dopatta, a town in Muzaffarabad district, where a bus fell into deep ravine, killing three persons and injuring scores of other. Rescue teams reached the spot and started operation to retrieve dead bodies and injured persons from the wreckage of the bus.
Sources said that the rescue operation was in progress in Garhi Dopatta when another bus skidded off the road while taking a sharp turn and plunged into a ravine, killing four persons and injuring several others. Rescue teams shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
