ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he can give it in writing that if the opposition resigns, forward blocs will be formed among its ranks.
Talking to reporters in Chakwal, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman is the 12th man, why would those who spent millions to contest elections resign at his direction?
He said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman made billions of rupees without any source of income. No one will resign at the direction of PDM leaders, their party members know that they are doing this to save their corruption.
Their leaders are being held accountable but party members are being asked for sacrifices, they will never make this sacrifice, the PM said.
“As soon as the opposition resigns, forward blocs will be formed," he said.
They look down on people and think less of them but the Lahore rally proved that Lahoris are not fools. There is no one more foolish than the one who thinks that the nation is foolish, he added.
The PM said that the whole nation knows that they have been oppressing the country for 30 years. “Even royal princes don’t live the way their children do”, he said.
