Senate Secretariat closed till Dec 11 due to surge in COVID-19 cases
Earlier, the offices of the National Assembly were also shut down due to spike in COVID-19 cases.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Offices of the Senate Secretariat have been closed from today (Friday) till December 11 due to surge in coronavirus cases, Dunya News reported.
According to a letter issued by the Senate Secretariat, it has been decided to close the Senate Secretariat offices in view of the increasing cases of coronavirus. Earlier, the offices of the National Assembly were also shut down due to spike in COVID-19 cases.
All the offices of Senate Secretariat will be sprayed with disinfectants. The employees of the Senate Secretariat have been directed to work from home during this period.
