SHC: Arzoo Fatima once again refuses to go with parents
The SCH ordered to shift Arzoo Fatima to Darul Aman.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) Monday conducted hearing of the case of Arzoo Fatima who performed love marriage after embracing Islam as the girl once again refused to go with her parents.
The court asked Arzoo Fatima again if she wanted to go with her parents but she replied in negative. The SCH ordered to shift the girl to Darul Aman [women shelter home].
The court directed the home department to arrange counseling for Arzoo Fatima along with provision of other facilities including education. Police have been ordered to submit report in lower court following transparent investigation.
