LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has said that respect of Pakistan’s institutions is imperative for all, we stand alongside them and will continue to do so. They are being targeted by PDM under a specific agenda.
He said this in a meeting with Member Provincial Assembly Chaudhry Ashraf Ali Ansari and Chaudhry Muhammad Younis Ansari.
He condemned the opposition’s anti-state rhetoric and said that the PDM was a bunch of rejected elements. They are not well-wishers of the country and their agenda is nothing but spreading chaos, he added.
Usman Buzdar said that former rulers had fooled the public with empty promises, but these looters can no longer mislead the people as their extremist narrative has been badly rejected.
He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is the most popular party of Pakistan and Prime Minister Imran Khan voices the aspirations of its 220 million people.
The Chief Minister assured the MPAs that they would make Gujranwala a stronghold of PTI and resolve the city’s issues on priority basis.
