Government does nothing regarding safety measures where it holds authority, Ahsan Iqbal said.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Ahsan Iqbal has Thursday said that the incumbent government should take notice of coronavirus cases in accountability court and stop the spread of the pandemic in crowded areas and public offices.

The PML-N leader talked to media and said the government only blames the opposition for spreading COVID-19 and does nothing regarding safety measures where it holds authority.

After coronavirus case was reported in the judicial complex, the registrar wrote a letter to DC but no step was taken which shows the government’s non-serious behavior, Ahsan Iqbal commented.

He said the government and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed reference in the Narowal Sports Complex case after two and a half years and it will be a joke if the first international sports project of Pakistan is targeted.
