Karachi: Policeman martyred in encounter with dacoits
Police official Fiaz was father of three little children and resident of Azizabad area of Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A policeman was martyred while a dacoit was killed in exchange of fire near Mina Bazaar area of Karimabad in Karachi on Sunday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, police official Fiaz was on his way to office when he saw a citizen being robbed by dacoits. Fiaz opened fire and shot dead a dacoit. However, he was also critically injured in exchange of fire.
Fiaz, a father of three and resident of Azizabad area of Karachi, was rushed to hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
