Merit top priority in every decision: Chief Justice BHC
QUETTA (Dunya News) - Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail has said that merit was given priority in every decision as per justice and law in Balochistan.
Inaugurating the newly constructed Judicial Complex in Harnai, Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail said that the construction of Judicial Complex in Harnai is a big and noble initiative.
He said that in this complex people would be able to get access to justice under one roof. Judicial institutions are recognized as symbols of justice.
Chief Justice Balochistan High Court further said that any injustice against the law will not be tolerated. In this regard, the doors of the judiciary are always open for the provision of justice to the people and we promise the people that they will get justice in any case.
Justice Jamal Mandokhail said that this building of Judicial Complex has now been completed but all possible steps will be taken to solve the problems of lawyers, judges and the people here.
He said that the Judicial Complex has been provided with benches for sitting, clean drinking water and necessary arrangements in cold and hot seasons.
Apart from the judges, other high-ranking government officials, lawyers, political and religious figures were also present on the occasion.
