'Reasons for leaving PML-N by Qadir Baloch, Sanaullah Zehri far from reality'
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Senior Vice President Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s spokesperson Muhammad Zubair has said that the reasons given by Qadir Baloch and Sanaullah Zehri for leaving the party have nothing to do with reality.
Reacting to the statement of Sanaullah Zehri and General (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch, he said that General Qadir Baloch had met us before the meeting in Quetta. I was present at the meeting with Talal Chaudhry and Musadik Malik. Qadir Baloch said that he stood by what Nawaz Sharif said in Gujranwala regarding the army.
Muhammad Zubair said that Qadir Baloch had only one problem. He wanted Sanaullah Zehri to come on stage in the rally but Akhtar Mengal had objected to this. There is enmity between Akhtar Mengal and Sanaullah Zehri. Akhtar Mengal said that if Sanaullah Zehri would be on the stage, he will not attend the rally.
Maryam and Nawaz Sharif s spokesperson further said that we did not want disunity on the platform of PDM. We explained to Qadir Baloch that it is far from the fact that he has any disagreement with Nawaz Sharif s statement regarding army. Had he disagreed with the statement, he would not have been in Quetta on October 24 to receive Maryam.
