Fire gutted potato chips warehouse in Karachi
A truck and a pick-up parked inside the warehouse were also completely destroyed.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Fire erupted at a potato chips warehouse located in Lyari area of Karachi on Thursday night which spread and engulfed the entire building very quickly, Dunya News reported.
Three vehicles of fire brigade reached the spot after being informed and brought the under control after an effort of one hour. The blaze also destroyed valuables worth million of rupees. A truck and a pick-up parked inside the warehouse were also completely destroyed.
According to fire brigade sources, no casualty was reported in the incident. Sources also said that the cause of fire at the warehouse is not yet known.
