IAEA expresses satisfaction over Pakistan's measures to protect nuclear assets
IAEA said that Pakistan has taken effective measures to protect its nuclear assets.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Ambassador Aftab Ahmed Khokhar on Monday presented his credentials to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi as the new Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the agency.
According to Pakistan’s Embassy in Austria, Ambassador Aftab Khokhar and the IAEA DG discussed the peaceful use of nuclear technology.
The agency expressed satisfaction over Pakistan s measures to protect nuclear assets.
Mariano said that Pakistan has taken effective measures to protect its nuclear assets.
The Pakistan’s permanent representative assured Pakistan s cooperation for the peaceful use of nuclear technology and invited the IAEA DG to visit Pakistan.
The IAEA DG accepted the invitation to visit Pakistan.
