CM Buzdar takes notice of alleged gang rape of girl in Sheikhupura
CM has directed to launch investigation into matter and sought report from Regional Police Officer.
LAHORE (Dunay News) – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar on Thursday has taken notice of alleged gang rape of a girl on Jaranwala Road in Sheikhupura.
According to details, the CM has directed to launch investigation into matter and sought report from Regional Police Officer (RPO) in this regard. He has also ordered the authorities to arrest the culprits as early as possible.
Meanwhile, an FIR has also been registered against the suspects.
It is to be mentioned here that the mishap occurred on September 28 when a girl was waiting for her bus near Mangtanwala. Some unidentified people stopped the car and gave lift to her.
